This system introduces a high frequency vibration into the sifting screen through the tension ring that is modified to accept a vibration generating device.
Refurbished Ultrasonic Screens
Our process of removing mesh from these expensive rings does not damage the framework thus allowing us to keep refurbishing them for a very long time. This method works for most types of ultrasonic screens including, Telsonic®, Sweco®, Rotex® and other screens.
We currently are refurbishing ultrasonic screens in the following sizes: 15″ – 60″ screen diameters.
